Paranoia Agent follows a strange phenomenon in Tokyo: various stressed, isolated, or desperate individuals claim to be attacked by a mysterious boy known as “Shōnen Bat / Lil’ Slugger”—a child on rollerblades carrying a golden baseball bat.
